Demonstrate visible Leadership in environmental excellence

Continue environmental training to all employees

Continue active management participation in all onshore and offshore HSE
inspections
Eliminate environmental incidents by use of both pro-active and reactive hazards
management tools

Develop a plan to maintain OHSAs 18001 compliance and alignment with ISO
14001
–
Develop a plan to extend the scope of the BBP process to include
environmental behaviour observations.
Continue to maintain an ISO14001 certified management system across all business
units.

Ensure 100% legislative compliance at all facilities in all operations at all
times

Update and evaluate the e-aspects and e-programme at least once pr. Yr.

Evaluate the supply chain to ensure highest standards of env. Performance
from suppliers

• Evaluate the “DONE RIGHT” data that has been generated over the
course of the year
• Identify the opportunities for improvement from your evaluation of
“Done Right” data
• Perform an analysis to determine which of these opportunities holds
the greatest potential to positively impact service quality
• Build plans that will action the capture of these high-end
opportunities
