(Transport Authority and Water & Sanitation Authority) and nearly 53,000
employees in total.
 It is responsible for wide variety of

environment,
natural-gas
supply,
energy, infrastructure, planning and
development, IT, community services
and vocational education, healthwellness, food & catering, culture,
tourism etc.
