April 8, 2013 - The Government of Trinidad and Tobago (GORTT) and the Mitsubishi Consortium signed a Project Development Agreement Currently we are in the Pre-Development Stage - CEC Process - Contracts to be Negotiated Project Development Company Incorporated - Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited NEC – Appointed as GORTT Participant 6 Project Milestones The Project need to successfully complete many works during the Pre-Development Stage (CEC / Contracts Negotiation / Finance Arrangement / etc). Target Final Investment Decision by Shareholders March, 2014. Until the Final Investment Decision, a temporary office of CGCL for inquiry will be located at NEC’s Communication Centre. There is no expected adverse environmental impact • Traffic - There will be increased traffic during construction.
