Mitsubishi Electric and SafanDarley announce
cooperation in Benelux and Germany

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan, has been a leading developer and
supplier of laser processing machines to the global sheet metal processing
market for over 30 years. The company enjoys a global market share in excess
of 15%, with over 10,000 laser processing systems shipped.
Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric
Corporation in Japan, and SafanDarley, a well-known manufacturer of press-brakes,
shears and automated bending systems from the Netherlands, jointly announce that both
companies will join forces with the appointment of SafanDarley as agent for the
Mitsubishi Electric laser processing machines covering the Benelux region and a large
part of the German market.
Noriaki Himi, Senior Manager of Industrial Automation Machinery Department (Mitsubishi
Electric Corporation) comments: “We are continuously looking to expand the reach of our
