FBI reports submitted to regional EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE 204 SY 2011-2012 EAP beneficiaries ACCOMPLISHMENT -Conducted 31 field based investigation (Reg. 8 and Cebu) for CNO application. FBI reports submitted to regional office and were recommended for issuance of CNO -42 pending CNO applications for ARCP in Reg. 8 -67 pending CNO applications (carry over 2009-2012 (EXPA,MPSA,OLP etc) (pre-con letters were sent to the proponent) - 2 College - 19 High School - 123 Elementary -60 beneficiaries not released their assistance Reasons: stop schooling, transferred residence, retained, got married, whereabouts not known and lacking documents -EAP Focal to conduct validation on the status of 60 beneficiaries. Validation is scheduled to be finished 1st week of December. Unused funds will be returned/deposited to the NCIP EAP trust account.
