the Subanen tribe

ACCOMPLISHMENT
-Conducted 31 field based investigation (Reg. 8 and
Cebu) for CNO application. FBI reports submitted to
regional office and were recommended for issuance of
CNO
-42 pending CNO applications for ARCP in Reg. 8
-67 pending CNO applications (carry over 2009-2012
(EXPA,MPSA,OLP etc)
(pre-con letters were sent to the proponent)

-60 beneficiaries not released their assistance Reasons:
stop schooling, transferred residence, retained, got
married, whereabouts not
known and lacking

-EAP Focal to conduct validation on the status of 60
beneficiaries. Validation is scheduled to be finished 1st
week of December. Unused funds will be
returned/deposited to the NCIP EAP trust account.

- The project was completed 2012 . In 2012 the
project was monitored if dispersal was done to target

SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM
- A coordinated project funded by the Cebu City
Government thru the Commission for the Welfare and
Protection of Children (CCWPC) 25 Badjao preschoolers are the beneficiaries of the project

“Supplemental Feeding to Underweight Badjao
Children” (25 Badjao preschoolers) the project is
for 120 days (July-December 2012)
- 2013 budget of P432,000.00 for supplemental
Feeding to Badjao Pre schoolers
- 2013 assistance of badjao school supplies for SY
2012-2014 –P20,000.00
