APA does NOT accredit master’s programs.
CACREP accreditation is for counseling
programs.
Most states focus on CACREP accreditation
guidelines as a requirement for licensure.
Our program is consistent with requirements
for licensure in FL as an LMHC.


Yes, but our primary goal is to prepare
students for professional practice.
We encourage lifelong learning and
achievement. Keys to success are:
◦ Research Products
◦ High GRE
◦ Networking

We have MANY students who have gone on to
earn their Psy.D or Ph.D. at great schools all
over the country.
