Traineeship Program

(For graduates 2009-2014 from
Romania, Poland, Czech Republic)
This exciting role, within our Fertilizers and Grain Divisions offers a rare opportunity for a commercially focused graduate to gain an insight into the global trading and shipping markets:
• You will begin with an initial, intensive 4 months module ;
• You will join in our commercial team or "desk" responsible for the risk management, trading, sales and marketing of the product with regional offices on all five continents, after you have completed an intensive 12 months program.
+ POSTING RECRUITMENT AD
• Application deadline: 15 th December;
• Preselection: decision made in January;
• Selection: decision made in February;
• Traineeship: start in 1 th March.
+ ELIGIBILITY
• University / Master degree ( Marketing, Commerce, International Business Administration) ;
• Voluntary activity / University workshops / Faculty research programs;
• PC knowledge;
• Foreign languages: English it’s a must;
• Other qualification.
+ SELECTION PROCESS
• Telephone/Skype Interviews;
• Assessment Center (cognitive abilities, numerical skills, diploma thesis presentation);
• Face-to-face interviews with Steering Committee for the final selection.
