Questions
3 Types of Reports
1. Standard reports:
My reports: accessible for all users
Our reports: accessible only for users with special rights to launch "our" reports
2. Advanced reports (configurable reports):
Live Listings: accessible for users with special rights to launch "live listings"
Analytical Reports: accessible for users with special rights to launch analytical
reports
Adhoc reports (customized reports for each user)
All standard and advanced reports have the following Export capabilities: Export
data in Excel format and Export data in PDF format
Adhoc reports can be generated in one of the following formats: HTML, Excel or
CSV format
NOTE: Standard and Analytical reports do not reflect the live database. Tables for these types
of reports are refreshed once a week, during the weekend. Changes made in the database will
be registered in the reports run the following week.
Live Listing and Adhoc Reports reflect the live database. Changes should be immediately
registered in the reports.
Standard Reports
The standard reports have all the following requirements:
1. One-click approach: only 1 consolidation dimension should be selected
by the End User
2. All reports are grouped per month
3. The result is available via a graph: only subtotals are displayed (not the
items)
Advanced Reports
There are two types of Advanced Reports and
three general features:
Type 1. Live Listings: Reports on Live data,
reflecting the real situation in the database
at the moment of launch.
Type 2. Analytical reports: Reports on data
stored in a “datamart”, updated once per
week.
Feature 1: Extensive data Filtering
capabilities (include/exclude data)
Feature 2: Extensive data Grouping
capabilities (“outline” your data)
Feature 3: Extensive data Sorting
capabilities

you be able to pull on the report
2. Columns & their order
3. Order of the column
4. Filter criteria and column sort order
5. Scheduling options
