Lägenheten i Berlin
Konsthögskolan och Konstfack i Stockholm delar på en lägenhet i Berlin. Skolorna
bekostar hyran. Studenterna kan söka vistelseperioder 1 vecka åt gången (obs! hela
veckor måste bokas, måndag-fredag). En student från vardera skola tillåts vara där
samtidigt om inget annat överenskommits.
Samma student får boka max 2 veckor per termin. Ansökan för vistelse ska göras
skriftligen med en projektbeskrivning till sin årskurshandledare samt redovisas för
densamma efter genomförd vistelse. Då anger du också vilken vecka du önskar vara
där. Din årskurshandledare bokar sedan lägenheten åt dig i Cambro där du kan se
vilka veckor som är lediga/bokade.
Nyckel lämnas ut mot deposition på 500 kr hos vaktmästaren som återfås vid
tillbakalämnande av nyckel. Då får du också med dig ett ”avtal” med adress,
ordningsregler etc.
The Berlin apartment
Umeå Academy of Fine Arts and University College of Arts, Crafts and Design
share an apartment in Berlin. The rent is paid by both schools together. The
students can apply for a period of 1 week at the time (note that whole weeks should
be booked, i.e. Monday-Friday) One student from each school is allowed to be
there at the same time if nothing else is agreed upon.
The same student can book max 2 weeks per term. The application for staying
there has to be written in the form of a project description sent to your main tutor
and followed up by him/her after the week spent there. When you send your
project description you also inform which week you wish to be there. Your tutor is
the one who does the booking for you in Cambro where you are also able to see
which weeks are free/booked.
The key to the apartment you get from the caretaker after paying a deposit of 500
SEK which you get back when returning the key. When you get the key you will
also get a “contract” with information, such as address, rules etc.
