Strategy #4: Help Establish A Game-plan They don’t know what to do and don’t expect or assume they ‘got it’. Sit down and have a discussion with them on their goals and their WHY they joined. Strategy #5: Plug Them Into Training ASAP Start training them immediately TODAY. Need to know how to invite, present, use tools, etc. so jump start them immediately. Take your products/opportunity to those you know because its quick and theirs rapport. “Who are the sharpest people you know, who if they grabbed this would knock it out of the park? If you aren’t talking to your personal contacts/warm market, I would question your integrity, commitment, belief. You cannot rely on cold market alone. Strategy #7: Uncover Action Motivator What is it that drives this person? “Getting out of debt” or “to supplement my income” or “nicer car” won’t cut it. Keep an eye on them. Watch the sales volume. Get to know their people.
