 Help your people feel comfortable and like
they are ‘at home’ in your business.
 Introduce them to the TEAM. It is your job to
make them feel comfortable & welcome.
 This is the cement or glue that keeps them
from going to another company.

Strategy #4: Help Establish A Game-plan
 They don’t know what to do and don’t expect
or assume they ‘got it’.
 Sit down and have a discussion with them
on their goals and their WHY they joined.
 Ask questions: What days will you work the
business? How many hours? Fast or slow?

Strategy #5: Plug Them Into Training ASAP
 Start training them immediately TODAY.
 Need to know how to invite, present, use
tools, etc. so jump start them immediately.
 How soon do you want to start making
money? Then start training NOW.
 Assign them a few tasks and report back.
 Keep yourself trained and attending all
events.

Strategy #6: Get Their Top 10 List
 Warm market works. Always has.
 Bring them a business that you will finally be
COMMITTED to once and for all.
 Take your products/opportunity to those you
know because its quick and theirs rapport.
 “Who are the sharpest people you know,
who if they grabbed this would knock it out
of the park? Or motivated people?”

Strategy #6: Get Their Top 10 List
 It’s time to WAKE UP. If you aren’t talking to
your personal contacts/warm market, I would
question your integrity, commitment, belief.
 You cannot rely on cold market alone.
Everyone who makes it big long-term in this
industry uses center of influence.

Strategy #7: Uncover Action Motivator
 What is it that drives this person?
 “Getting out of debt” or “to supplement my
income” or “nicer car” won’t cut it.
 Create that WHY, it’s the glue that sticks.
 “Make $10,000/month” is not a WHY. It’s
what you will do with that money.

Strategy #8: Help Understand The Process
 Help them get a handle on things (i.e.
presentation, tools, website, etc.)
 Practice or even role-play with them.
 Help them become a ‘Professional Inviter’

 These are teammates. These are your
business partners so keep up with them.
 Keep an eye on them. Watch the sales
volume. Get to know their people.
 Don’t take your people for granted even if
they are ‘your best buddy’ because they can
leave you at any time if not cared for.

Strategy #10: Balance Prospecting & Training
 Always be recruiting no matter how big your
business is. People are watching you.
 Don’t slip into management mode. It will kill
your check and your motivation.
 You don’t want a team of managers. You
need a team of producers so be one.
 Demonstrate productivity and stay there.
