Constitution of Bhutan Article II: Students in class may not sign at any time during class, if they wish to make a statement; they must raise both of their hands. If the students arrive after that time, they will be penalized 80% of the day’s assignment, and serve one hour after school detention. Students will leave class two minutes after the last bell rings. If the students leave before that time, they will be penalized 80% of the day’s assignments and serve one hour after school detention. Constitution of Bhutan Article IV: Class instruction will be in lecture format, and quizzes will be handed out in after each section, and exam will be given after each unit. Students who do not score at least 95% on any assignments will be given a 6hours Saturday school detention, and are not allowed to read, write, or talk/sign. Constitution of Bhutan Article V: The dictator will determine student’s participation in sports and other extracurricular activity. The dictator may order students to participate in any events for the glorious and fair government of Bhutan. • Students must enter class wearing uniforms purchased from the fair and glorious government of Bhutan at a price of $5,000. • If students can’t afford this, they will serve Saturday school detention. • The fair and glorious government will allow students to pay back at the rate of $1.00 per hour for work done during detention. Constitution of Bhutan Instructors are at liberty to modify any classroom rules they see fit to accommodate their personal needs. The dictator can accuse students of any violations, and the dictator will issue punishment on the spot without due process. All decisions made by the instructor are final and may not be appealed.
