Complete ESE/504/LEP information (Sections 10 & 11) using page 7 from the Directions for Administering
During Testing:
Distribute materials
Read appropriate scripts VERBATIM (Directions Pages 9-13)
Keep time
Maintain test security
After Testing:
Collect materials
Check student grid sheets
Complete the Administration Record
Notify School Coordinator of any missing materials
Stack materials in this order:
1. Absent students (hold for make-up)
2. TO BE SCORED test materials
3. Directions for Administering
4. Administration Record
5. All NOT TO BE SCORED materials
