What is Dough?
• Dough is a trading platform created by tastytrade and
launched in 2014.
• Dough was created by many of the same software designers
who created Think or Swim.
• Dough was created to simplify trading options and options
spreads. Many new traders find it easier to use than TOS.
• The interface is largely drag and drop.
• Integrated tutorials teach you how to use the features.
• Seamlessly links to your TD Ameritrade account.

What are the unique features of Dough?
• Allows you to create options trades by dragging and dropping tiles onto a
probability graph showing profit and loss areas.
• Allows you to use the more traditional table style for creating options
spreads.
• Doughjo is a series of tutorial training videos that allows you to receive a
certificate which can help you qualify to trade basic options.
• Grid page allows you to see curated list of stocks and ETF’s.
• The follow page allows you to follow the trades of notable tastytrade traders.
• Journal feature helps you keep track of your trades and ideas.
• Portfolio page helps you view your portfolio to quickly see Probabilities and
% of potential profit reached in each position.

What are the metrics used in Dough?
• POP = Probability of Profit = Probability that the position will expire with at
least 1 cent in profit.
• TROC = Total Return on Capital = Total amound of positive theta divided by
capital used.
• Extrinsic = Extrinsic value of option
• IV Rank = Current level of Implied volatility of Stock or ETF as related to its
IV in past 30 days, 60 days , 180 days or 1 year.
• Notable Stocks = Stocks or ETFs highlighted in grid page due to predefined
characteristics that may make them desirable to trade.
• Portfolio page helps you view your portfolio to quickly see Probabilities and
% of potential profit reached in each position.
