Kindness by which God bestows favors and blessings upon the ill-deserving Favor or goodwill Mercy or clemency The freely given, unmerited favor and love of God NOAH FOUND GRACE… What did he find? Kindness, How can we know? Because favor, goodwill, mercy, & love of God his life was spared God’s Amazing Grace –Eph.2:1-10 BUT WHY WAS NOAH SPARED? NOT because he was sinless! (Rom.4:1-5) He was just, blameless, & walked with God Just = to be righteous (Titus 2:11-12) Blameless = innocent, cannot be charged with wrongdoing (Titus 2:7-8; 2Pet.3:14) Walked with God =persevere, continue (Eph.2:10) 3 ways to walk with God (Eph.5:2,8,15) In love for God -As children of light -Carefully HOW DID THIS BENEFIT NOAH? God told him about the coming flood & how to save himself from destruction(Gen.6:11-18) Faith in what God told him = action Heb.11:7 Today, God blesses us with the same favor Tells of coming destruction & how to be saved 2 Pet.3:1-13 CONDITIONS OF GOD GRACE If Noah deviated from God’s instructions would he have continued to receive grace?
