To insert a command in between two commands, move the cursor onto the command you want to insert after, then type the new command. To delete a command press the Clear key. To draw a square, you can set the Pro-Bot to draw one side of the square then turn 90º but do this 4 times. Rpt[ 4 ] The number you press is how many times the action within the brackets is repeated.
