leadership development program designed to:

St Kate’s Women Sales Leader Program is designed for women leading sales teams, Strategic
Accounts or emerging women leaders in their organization that are preparing to take on new
responsibilities of managing a sales team. This program is also valuable to those interacting with
sales teams like finance managers or HR professionals.

Margaret Smith is facilitating the program for the fifth year. Margaret is an adjunct Sales Professor
at St Kate’s, retired 3M Business Leader, and founder of UXL, a coaching and consulting firm
focused on creating successful leaders and teams.
Margaret is the author of The 10 Minute Leadership Challenge and has consulted with Fortune 500
companies on leadership development.

**2 personal coaching sessions in 2015 will be scheduled with program participants
All sessions will be held on campus in Coer de Catherine.

The cost is $2,200 and will also include all books and materials.
