This Act affects all Environmental issues, because it makes the government consider the impact that any policies will have on the environment ex. oil drilling, global warming, habitat and species protection The Council of Environmental Quality (CEQ) Issues guidelines for EIS to federal agencies Coordinates/regulates federal agencies and programs related to the environment (excluding congress, judiciary, and president) Helps the President prepare the annual Environmental Report
