for you, and then monitors and troubleshoots the requests
through Firm Order Confirmation.

• Wholesale Advantage (Centrex)
• Resale (ISDN PRI, ISDN BRI, Centrex)
• Mobility
• Other services may be available on demand

How It Works
Verizon Global Wholesale
• Review and sign OMS contract and Letter of Agency authorizing Verizon to act as
your limited agent
• Complete a simple Order Requirements Form (ORF) and send it to the Verizon
OMS mailbox
• Verizon sends a receipt of confirmation for your ORF
• Verizon OMS team creates and inputs your Local Service Request on your behalf
• Verizon OMS team manages your Local Service Request facilitating smooth and
efficient flow until you receive a Firm Order Confirmation
