VNF Forwarding Graph
Network Forwarding
Path(NFP)
NFP is an ordered list of connection
points that form a network-service
chain along with attached policies for
each connection-point.
Virtual Link (VL)
The VLD describes the basic topology
of the connectivity (e.g. ELAN, ELINE,
ETREE) between one or more VNFs
connected to this VL, bandwidth and
QoS class, IP address and VLAN
allocation), and additional information
(e.g. location, anti-affinity rules etc.).

Conclusions
• Liaison statement from TC is received by ETSI NFV Support
• The Liaison will be discussed in Okinawa meeting
• ISG will also appoint an ISG liaison officer for OASIS
• Gap Analysis work in ETSI has deferred to post Okinawa.
• A new EG will be formed which will consolidate input from all WGs
and create a single report to be shared externally.
• TC is requested to look into NFVs requirements and see how
TOSCA can support them specially VNFFG.
