ESSIP Plan 2013 / Objective NAV10 9 Objective Coordinator’s Analysis, recommendations, tips & tricks As the objective is applicable to all instrument runway ends, states shall provide the implementation plans, the type of procedures and completion dates per each airport in the states; There are a number of states which have only ‘tentative’ plans and have reported the objective as ‘Planned’. As no agreed/formal plans exist yet, I would propose to change the status to ‘No Plan’.
