Uploading Required Documentation • What required documentation needs to be uploaded? – Signed offer letter – Background check receipt and/or results – License/certification (if required for position) – Completed I-9 • Why must this documentation be uploaded? These forms are required by law and/or contract These documents create an employee profile in iCIMS Allows HR the ability to access these documents in case an issue or question were to arise Data reporting purposes
