• Prior to manager upload, an employee is REQUIRED to
complete all iFORMS by following the link from their offer
letter:

EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE ENTERED INTO PAYROLL UNTIL
THESE FORMS ARE COMPLETE
There is a 24 hour turnaround once an hourly employee is entered
into payroll for them to access TimeSaver.
Uploading Required Documentation
• What required documentation needs to be uploaded?
– Signed offer letter
– Background check receipt and/or results
– License/certification (if required for position)
– Completed I-9
• Why must this documentation be uploaded?
 These forms are required by law and/or contract
 These documents create an employee profile in iCIMS
 Allows HR the ability to access these documents in case
an issue or question were to arise
 Data reporting purposes
