SITUATION
Imagine the dialogue takes place in an airport.
Consider that you’re the Receptionist and the
guard.
Treat your trainer as the passenger and build
conversation with clues given in every slide.

AT THE SECURITY GATE
1.Asking for the Ticket and ID proof.
2.Thanking the security.
3.Proceeding to the Check in counter.

AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER
1.Greet the passenger.
2.Recheck the passenger with ticket and ID proof.
3.Enquring about the baggage's to the passenger.

AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER
4.Providing a security tag for passenger‘s
cabin-baggage.
5.Thanking the passenger for cooperation.

TRY A CONVERATION WITH YOUR
TEACHER
NOW CONSIDER YOURSELF AS THE PASSENGER AND
YOUR TRAINER AS THE RECEPTIONIST AND GUARD.
PLAY THE ROLE VICE-VERSA.

4)Inform the passenger to proceed to security check.

AT THE SECURITY CHECK
1)Request passenger to show boarding pass.
2)Ask the passenger to empty his pockets.
3)Permit the passenger to go after check.
