EVALUATION OF THE INTERIM
REPORT
We have submitted the project Interim report to
EU In December 2011. It was one month later
than scheduled, due to the necessity to
implement an amendment to the project
Convention with EU. As you know the CIDEM
was substituted by the University itself.
EVALUATION OF THE INTERIM
REPORT
After having been requested to provide
further financial documents, a few days ago
we have been informed by EU that the
evaluation was GOOG ( “GREEN” Evaluation).
NEXT STEPS
Next steps to get the 2nd payment are:
- Submitting an official request by the University (It
was done)
- Receiving the funds from EU (about 2 months)
- Transferring funds from the University to the
partners
RECOMMANDATIONS FROM EU
EU found some weak points in our project.
It recommended to us to:
-Increase the dissemination activities
-Being more adherent to the project schedule
-Being more accurate in preparing the financial and
administrative documents to be submitted to EU.
RECOMMANDATIONS FROM EU
Special attention has to be paid to the following:
- Provide always a translation into English of each kind
of financial document (such as invoices, contracts,
documents proving the payment of collaborators);
- Indicate always the exchange rate when payments are
done in other that EUROS;
- Provide accurate declarations for the staff costs.
