Yesser’s mobile government initiative is to extend the reach of
e-government services to the end-users (Citizens, Residents &
Businesses) by means of mobile channels. Backed up with
growing use of mobile phones in Saudi Arabia, the need for a
mobile channel that allows access to Saudi government
information and services has become very important.

• To provide 12 different Designs
• To circulate electronically the designs and ask each contributor
in the survey to choose top best 3 designs of their choice
• To include more than segment in the survey
• To include more than 30 people in the survey
• The contributor in the survey should be from both internal
and external users, along with industry SME
• To circulate the results and chose the top 3 designs
• To enhance the chosen designs and make two best designs
chosen
• To present to the board of directors to chose among the best
of two
• Once chosen then start developing the solution accordingly 7
