Sales Webinar Template A download of this file will be available in the members area. The idea is you can use it as a guide to build your own webinar presentation Title Slide • I actually have two title slides • One I display starting about 10 minutes before the webinar. • I use a little countdown timer so people are instantly put at ease that they are in the right place. • Get “Cool Timer” free by Goggling it. Title • Then right before I start I the webinar I switch to my title slide and get the recording going. • Your title slide should have a big bold graphic like… Sponsor • I will insert a slide that tells folks we will have an offer near the end of the webinar “but you only hear it after I have thoroughly and completely delivered on my promise.” • I then give them my USP for the product I promote at the end, e.g., • “At speakers cruise free we show folks how to trade their speaking talents for free luxury cruises.” What To Expect • In this slide I will tell folks exactly what to expect in todays webinar… this is really my promise to them • I’ll then ask for my first “yes” by saying something like… “I want to make sure I have the right group of people. Is what you came for; is it the reason you are here? If so, go to your “question” field and type in “Heck yes.” Proof • In this series of slides I show proof of why folks should listen to me and why this webinar is so important. • Here I will use case studies, statistics, media articles and even testimonials to put my point across • This proof is intended to make participants feel happy that they are there; it primes them to receive your content with open arms. Immediately Useable Content • This phase of your webinar is absolutely crucial • This is the reason folks are there… GIVE THEM GREAT VALUE. Do WHATEVER IT TAKES to deliver on your promises. • I usually do a slide on what folks will need to have to recreate the result I will show them how to do. This is a list of resources. • In the next slide I’ll list the steps that we are about to take • Then I show folks exactly what I promised! Over deliver! Give more than promised. • Sometimes you will go off your PPT slides to do this • Remember to SHOW as well as tell… use as many pictures as possible. Have I Delivered on My Promise? • After I have really delivered in a big way I will once again ask the question “Have I delivered on my promise?” • Direct to the answers field and tell them to answer “Heck yeah!” • May want to read and thank people for the all the praises that are coming in. This is great social proof. Close • Then I will go into my and may something like… “I’m going to start talking about my offer now. But even as I do I am going to continue to give you good, immediately actionable content.” • Then I will weave good information into some benefit folks will get. I will usually end that statement with “This is really important so if you don’t learn this from me [by investing in my offer] learn it from somewhere.” • See additional training videos on how to set up your offer. Guarantee • I’ll then acknowledge the risk they feel and then reverse it with a guarantee • See “Guarantee” training video Scarcity/ Why Do It Now? • Give them a reason to buy right now. • Bonus webinar • Extra training or benefit that they only get if they buy on during the time of the webinar Call to Action • Then I will give my CTA • I’ll show them how to get to the offer via a browser. Then I’ll show them how to order. • Walk them through step-by-step. Tell them what you want them to do and when you want them to do it. Reminder of Benefits – Add A Bonus • Again remind of the strongest benefits you just covered • If you have them (and you should) throw in another couple bonuses • Don’t forget to sell the benefits of those bonuses Call To Action • Do another CTA • Like “Now is the time to go to http://speakerscruisefree.com/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “add to cart” button.” Reminder of Risk Reversal • Remind them that they have nothing to lose because of your personal guarantee Call To Action • Do another CTA Answer Offer Related Questions • Then say, “OK, do you have any questions related to this offer? If so go to your ‘questions’ field and type them in.”
