Why Online Recruitment?
• The university’s Sixth Decade Plan calls for
aggressive growth over the next five years. At
the same time, we expect increasing retirement
rates.
• In order to meet these challenges we need a
talent management approach that puts
individuals in control of their careers while
meeting the needs of hiring managers to fill
positions quickly and efficiently.

– Talent Acquisition Manager is the tool used by hiring managers
– Candidate Gateway is the tool used by job applicants

Request for Recruitment is signed

own job openings with workflow
