路德論成聖:兩種義
路德:「奇妙的交易」
「學習認識基督並祂釘十字架。學習謙卑自己,向
祂歌唱,說:『主耶穌,祢是我的義,正如我
是祢的罪。祢擔當了那本來屬於我的,並給了
我那本來屬於祢的。祢承擔了本來不屬於祢的
身份,並給了我那原本不屬於我的身份。』」
“Learn Christ and him crucified. Learn to sing to
him and, despairing of yourself, say, ‘Lord Jesus,
you are my righteousness, just as I am your sin. You
have taken upon yourself what is mine and have
given me what is yours. You have taken upon
yourself what you were not and have given to me
what I was not.’”

「義」:從「關係」定義
Righteousness = Right Relationship
「義」= 創造與救贖的目的
人之為受造物,由兩種關係所定義:人與神、人
與人(參改革宗神學論十誡的『兩個石板』)
基督徒的兩種義
外來的義(alien righteousness)、基督用以因信稱
我們為義的基督之義(righteousness of Christ by
which he justifies us through faith)、歸算的義
(imputed righteousness)、神眼中的義
(righteousness coram Deo)
屬於信徒的義(proper righteousness)、善行的義
(good works)、積極的義(active
righteousness)、行在世界眼前的義(righteousness
coram mundo)、實動的義(actual righteousness)
第一種義
基督成為「我們的」:“Through faith in Christ,
therefore, Christ’s righteousness becomes our
righteousness and all that he has becomes ours; rather,
he himself becomes ours.”
徹底消滅罪:“This is an infinite righteousness, and
one that swallows up all sins in a moment, for it is
impossible that sin should exist in Christ. On the
contrary, he who trusts in Christ exists in Christ; he is
one with Christ, having the same righteousness as
he. It is therefore impossible that sin should remain in
him.”
第一種義
善行的基礎與來源:“This righteousness is primary;
it is the basis, the cause, the source of all our own
actual righteousness.”
在上帝眼前(coram Deo):完全稱義
第二種義
「屬於信徒的義」(proper righteousness):不是
因我們靠自己行出這義,而是第一種義在我們裡
面生發出善行並治死情慾
生發善行、治死情慾:“This is that manner of life
spent profitably in good works, in the first place, in
slaying the flesh and crucifying the desires with respect
to the self”
第二種義
是第一種義的結果:“This righteousness is the
product of the righteousness of the first type, actually
its fruit and consequence” (路德引用加五22『聖靈
的果子』)
以基督的心為心(腓二5),彼此相待如基督待我
們:“This means you should be as inclined and
disposed toward one another as you see Christ was
disposed toward you. ”
第二種義
以基督的心為心:學習基督虛己(腓二6-7)
-「本有神的形象」(form of God)“does not
mean the “essence of God” because Christ never
emptied himself of this”
-「奴僕的樣式」(form of a slave)並非「人的
本質」,而是「被諸般的惡所奴役與轄制的人
們」的樣式
-“nor did he disdain and despise those who were
enslaved and subjected to various evils”
第二種義
效法基督虛己=擔當鄰舍的軟弱、罪、愚昧:
“Paul’s meaning is that when each person has forgotten
himself and emptied himself of God’s gifts, he should
conduct himself as if his neighbor’s weakness, sin, and
foolishness were his very own.”
並不否定正義原則路德提及三種情況
1. 為自己尋求伸冤、以眼還眼者
2. 不為自己求伸冤、以善報惡者
3. 為了得罪自己的人的好處而使其受懲罰者
