TODAY’S TASK
 Using
your favourites database from
last lesson, create a form based on
your table.
 Add
an additional 2-3 records.
 Change
two records using your form.
 Customise
and improve your form.

This will allow editing / adding of records in the

CREATE THE SUPERVISOR FORM – TASK 4B

Create a form –called Supervisor

Add all fields except Student Number.

Add a new record – print screen it into your
booklet as you add it.

Normal uses of the database do not need to see
the secret word field.
Why might we want to hide this field from view.
We are going to create another form that does not
display it

A Title of “My Favourite Students” in Purple, Copper Black
font, size 22
The form background is all light blue
The field headings are all Purple, Copper Black font, size

You have added a suitable image to the header
Save your form as “Operator”

Print screen your design into your booklets.

Add 2 new records using your form and print screen
one of them into your booklet.
