FIN 495 TVA INVESTMENT CHALLENGE
•
An opportunity to manage a $300,000 portfolio of common stocks on behalf of
TVA.
•
Previously the only investment challenge available at UT was the Torch Funds, in
which membership was limited to only MBA students.
•
The TVA Investment Challenge is a new fantastic opportunity for both finance
and accounting undergraduate students.
•
Selection for the TVA fund will be highly competitive. If you are considering a
career in finance or accounting, then you should consider applying for the challenge
(in which course credit is given!).
•
Faculty Advisor/Professor: Mr. Darren Williams (dwill101@utk.edu)
•
Email to COB students, applications accepted in late October for Spring Semester.
