INTRODUCTION
The FMT is designed to expose carriers of the Sowers Vision to
the core values of our assignment, the focus & objectives, the
execution strategies and counting the goals (the Sowers way).
It is a Spiritual and intellectual exercise that will bond
participants in a fellowship with the Holy Spirit and allows
them deep insight into personal discovery of the Great
Commission.
At the end of the FMT, participants would:
Have a clear understanding of the Sowers Vision & Purpose
Have a clear understanding of Sowers Mission Strategies
Be able to plan & execute fruitful mission outreaches, trainings &
projects for their chapter/zone/volunteers
 Be able to keep records & make reports of all missionary programs
& projects
 Be able to make a proper assessment of outreaches



