BUs by using the Copy to and Move to icons at the
bottom of the screen

• Mailing - Standard Mailing List used for deployment to
subscribers
• Proof - A list of testers to receive the message before
deployment
• Seed – A list of mock records used for proofing
• Suppression – Temporary “Do Not Send”. Subscribers on a
suppression list will not be sent to, regardless of whether
or not they are on the intended lists

Things to remember…
• CustomerKey and EmailAddress are required fields
• A list of Standard fields will be available in Ignite
• If an attribute isn’t segmentable, you will not be able to
query on it later
• PII is only visible to users with certain levels of access

be used in any message within the same folder
• Images are uploaded, hosted and stored within campaigns

• Link Name, Tag and Description can be specified in the
HTML and will populate in the Links Table
