Click on the Options button… 3rd step: set the starting info Once located the teams on the court and defined who is serving first… …enter the Line-ups The CEV form has to be printed and livescore has to be run 4th step: launch the livescore Press to connect to the official live score The Supervisor has to enter the password to enable livescore 5th step: enter the Line-ups Double click or drag&drop on the players to fill out the starting line-up Line-ups have to be entered If theData Video option was enabled you will be asked to assign the position of the setter once you have selected the line up. 6th step: print the CEV form (CL-12, CH-12,…) CEV form has to be printed CEV form has to be checked and given to the CEV Supervisor at least 1 hour before the match starts 7th step: set the final procedures before the match start Serve can already be assigned The flashing buttons suggest the next step Livescore must be run Finally, click here to start the set (see next page) Enter the libero if they are playing (see next page) 8th step: set the final procedures before the match start Select the player replaced by the libero, for both teams Modify the Set start time and go… Standard match procedure …score, rotations, players on court will automatically be displayed on the screen Mistakes can be corrected by clicking on the Undo button Follow the match by clicking on the “Assign Point” button and… Data Video Option: Start Rally The “Start Rally” button will appear in the middle of the screen and must be used at the start of each rally. Automatic Back Up option The Back Up option is used to save all the rallies, point by point, so that the Scoresheet can immediately be restored in case of PC problems (crashing, power cuts, etc.) The automatic Back up must be enabled before the start of the match Substitution procedure Click on the Substitution button or double click on a player in the list Select the player exiting and the player entering and confirm Sanction and injury procedure Select the team, the player or staff member to be sanctioned and the relative sanction Click on the Sanction button Printing scoresheet and reports Official scoresheet, libero report, pre-game presentation These sheets can be printed at anytime Tracking the scoresheet rallies if two points are assigned to the same team within 10 seconds the program will highlight these points with a pink background. It is possible to track all the rallies of the match Customizing the software functionalities Check the handbook for a detailed description of each function. Some parameters can be modified at anytime Match comments Official and technical comments can be entered at anytime. Official comments can be entered manually, technical comments are entered by the program and are read only.
