chance that #1 will stay in the business. 30% chance

line. Some of your people will go faster others

Review two red skills with them on their Pe Profile
Go to Ri Training PEPBuilder.com first time have them just
read PDFs, listen to audio, watch video, watch animation.
Second time have them read PDFs, listen to audio, watch
video, watch the animation, this time with paper and pencil
and have them write down how they can use these skill s
in their new business.
Have them begin reading “ Six Figures in Six Months”
Set accountability call for 15 to 30 minutes for next week
Week Two 5-10 hours
Review names from Contact tracking sheet Have them add
additional 50 names
Do the next two skills in red using same formula as in week one.
Review with them how they are going to use the skills you have
learned from previous week.
Review edification in the “Improve Yourself Skills” in Ri Training
PEPBuilder
Practice edifying you. You should send them your edification to
practice.
Study company website. Work with them to know how to
use the website, and become familiar with the compensation plan.
Review with them how to present it. Practice giving it to you

Week Three 5-10 Hours
Help review names list add 60 more names
Do next two skills in red /or yellow using same formula in week
one
Memorize their introduction for what they do. Practice cold calling
with people they do not know. (elevator speech)
Review with them how they are going to use the skills they have
learned from previous week.
Set up 5 to10 3-way calls with them, or get their people to a
presentation meeting to meet you. Highly recommend that you use
Video conferencing as a posted to telephone call.

Week Four 5-10 Hours
Help review names list add 75 more names
Review with them how they are going to use the skills they
have learn from previous week.
Set up 5 to 10 more 3-way calls with them, or get their people
to a presentation meeting to meet you.
Have those they sponsored in week three to start the week 1
process system by helping them review their sponsored individuals
Pe profiles.
Have them do cold calling and talk to 5 people using their elevator
speech.
Practice the high yielding question sheet with you to do with their
team members.
Practice why they have decided to be in this company and why its
products are important to them.
Practice with them the decisions questions.
Have them start working on red skills in “Build A Team “
in PEPBuilder, and acquire a “Build A Team” kit ( slide 25)
Play Residual Income Game
Week Five 5-10 Hours
Review the skills they have learned from previous week.
Have those they sponsored in week four to start in week 1
process system by helping them review those they sponsored
Pe profiles.
Have those sponsored in week 3 do week 2 process.
Take a 2nd Pe Profile. Have them, review their PeProfile with you
for practice .
Have them do cold calling by talking to 5 people and sharing their
experiences, preferably on a team call
Practice the high yielding question sheet with other members of
their team. The business presentation, product explanation and
closing questions
They should now be using the duplicable system and having
their own “Build A Team Kit“, so they can play the Residual
Game with their team members, and their sponsored
individuals.

Week Six 5-10 Hours
Working with team members and building their team through
the six week process
They should be participating on your team calls and giving training
assigned by you
Be doing game plays with new people .
Have a 10 minute weekly Accountability call
Closing questions
Somewhere in the presentation, you need to
let them know that you will be asking for a
decision.

THE THREE WAY CALL
1. Set schedule call through chosen video conference

2. Ask “if I can show you how you can have
these wants, goals, and dreams is there any
reason we can’t go forward.”
3. Give the business presentations as outlined.
4. Give your products and why you have
decided to build your business around them.

What do they want?
What are their dreams?
What are their concerns?
Column 2 What are you doing to improve that?
Column 3 What would you like to change?
Column 4 If you could change it what would it look like,
how would you life be different?
Column 4 On a Scale of 1-10 10 being the highest how
bad do you want it?
Column 5 How much time are you willing to spend to
have that goal, dream or want?
Be able to say this.
