You should make your report in one the following areas: • Expenditures (Pgs 1-7,11) Are the expenditures duly reported? • Forecast (Pgs 6, 8-11) Is the forecast adequate? Consider, and report back on, positive and shortcoming points, risks included (or missed) in the report, type of PR, reporting period, component, etc • Group discussion is 20 minutes. Record your answers on a flip chart. • The time allocated for reporting is 15 minutes x 2. Please appoint one of your colleagues to report back. • Wrap up: 10 Min What makes a good LFA product? The PU/DR’s information should allow the Secretariat to process disbursements timely, without need to request clarifications to the LFA.
