Charity Event
The second annual Party with a Purpose is an innovative, collaborative event presented by Rudy and Natalie Brown, Ramona Holloway, Dirty
Eight Productions, Lifting As We Climb Foundation and BLT Steak to raise awareness in Charlotte’s African American community about child
homelessness. All proceeds from the event will benefit A Child’s Place.
With over 4,100 homeless students enrolled in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools last year and 90% identifying as Black or African American, this
charity event for A Child’s Place during CIAA brings the perfect opportunity to inform and engage the community around this issue.
The Party with A Purpose Charity Event is a red carpet, exquisite event for mature audiences (30 and up) at the elegant venue, BLT Steak at the
Ritz-Carlton Charlotte. We hope that you will join us as we work to raise awareness around this important issue impacting our community. For
