for this Masters in Human Resources degree holder. And along with
pursuing her passion for the performing arts, she has also taken formal
training in Diction, Voice modulation, Multimedia and Stock markets
from prestigious institutes of the country. She is also a certified trainer
from the Dale Carnegie Training Institute.
All this has given her an edge and over the years Minoti Parikh
has earned the repute of being one of the Most respected and sought
after Compere/ Master of Ceremonies in the Corporate world along
with being a known face on television.
And now after being associated with the biggest MNC’s and
corporate houses across the globe and getting a first hand experience at
dealing with a wide audience, she has taken her expertise to the next

She has worked as a Corporate Trainer and Team building Consultant with
corporates like Asian Paints, SBI, Hindustan Unilever, Kotak Mahindra Bank,
Vodafone, Syntel, Lanxiss, Intelenet, Colgate etc.

She has been invited as a Guest Speaker to the most reputed event management
and media schools of India like the Event Management and Development
Institute (EMDI) and the World College of Media Studies

Been a faculty member (Trainer), training and mentoring students from the S.P.
Jain Management Institute, coaching them in life skills like interpersonal Skills,
Presentation Skills, grooming, social etiquette etc.

Trained the middle and senior level managers of VFS GLOBAL SERVICES LTD
in Image Management, Cultural Diversity and Etiquette

Voted as the “Most Effective Trainer” at an Induction Training program that she
was on board as a trainer for Tata Capital in 2012.

Also associated with Prestigious Institutes like India Europe International


As a Master of Ceremonies she has graced the stage for more than 1400 shows in
India and across the globe. And has addressed audiences from the age group of 18
-50 years and a crowd of 50 –10,000 people.



Has worked with personalities like Sachin Tendulkar, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah
Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Rahul Dravid, Kareena Kapoor etc.
