Career Readiness Initiative • Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate – KeyTrain curriculum (Skills Gap Analysis) – ACT WorkKeys assessments – CRC signed by the governor and DWS Director KeyTrain in Secondary Schools • Students in Workplace Readiness will be required to use KeyTrain to prepare for the ACT WorkKeys Assessments. • Internship, JAG, EAST/WFT will allow students to use KeyTrain in schools where Workplace Readiness is not being offered. WorkKeys Implementation • Dept of Workforce Services provides KeyTrain to dislocated workers and high school students in grades 11 and 12. • ACT WorkKeys assessments provide job seekers with the CRC credential.
