Any time you use something that is not your own idea, you MUST give credit to the source by citing it.
MLA (Modern Language Association) is just one style guide that writers can use to give credit to sources.

In-text citations include the author of the text and the page number (if it’s a written text)

Make sure that any time you quote, paraphrase, or summarize a part of the episode, you are giving credit with an in-text citation.
