Negative: exhaust fumes, etc. • Apartment dwellers who buy fire alarms or fire extinguishers? Positive: other dwellers benefit • Neighbor playing loud music while you study? Negative: you bear cost of not concentrating • New landscaping in neighbor’s yard?
