Blue Sky Involve promotes leadership development and environmental stewardship through employee volunteerism and contributions to worthy community organizations and schools. 2 What is Blue Sky Involve? Blue Sky Involve is Johnson Controls’ global employee volunteer program Launched in 2006 Employee-driven program supporting volunteer efforts aligned with: 3 Environmental sustainability Leadership development Employee teams choose a non-profit organization or school Minimum of 3 employees per project Approved projects receive $1,000 grant What qualifies a Blue Sky Involve project?
