Operation: Military Kids Contract
• OMK is funded by a contract, not a grant
beginning 1 April 2013
• Performance measures based upon state team’s
approved plan of work and budget
• Must invoice Army at the beginning of the
performance period to receive funds
• Funds must be executed during the performance
period
