• SATSA is a member-driven association that provides support services to
inbound tourism operators who in turn serve the 2.5 million odd tourists that
visit South Africa annually.
• SATSA has approached Hello Doctor to provide 24/7 doctor support services for
these inbound tourists
• Hello Doctor provides 24/7 access (anywhere, anytime) to a call centre of
registered general practitioners who provide quality advice on any health
related matter
• Hello Doctor, SATSA and the SATSA member would form a ‘partnership’ to
provide the services to tourists
