Mandate
Our clients are abused and/or neglected and are in
power-based relationships (i.e. spouses/parent-child
relationships)
We follow up calls from patrol (check off the
“DVACH” study field or the “Family Violence” field
on the front page of your GO)
We also take calls directly from our community
partners such as VCH and PG & T
Public making reports are asked to go through the
non-emerge line first
