In this time Colombia was industrialized on a major scale

Coffee revenue used to buy intermediate goods, or material for factories

Up to present day, Colombia is trying to diversify its exports. Many supplementary goods joined coffee and refined petroleum as major money makers

All of these changes have led to today's Free Market
Economy, with major ties to the U.S
