development catalyst. As an anchor for The Heights
development, the presentation will show The Heights
vision and origins, financing and operations, design
features and current status. It has already proven to
increase interest in the region. The Heights is a
mixed-use development combining entertainment,
retail, office and multi-family residential. The Music
