Fifth Grade Tee Shirt
This year we are offering all Heights Fifth Grade students a shirt for the
Fifth Grade picnic at a cost of $15.00 each. All shirts will be black and
say, “We Will Be Legendary, Heights School” on the front. The back
will list the names of all the students in the class. It will be a nice
keepsake for a remembrance of the students’ years at Heights School.
If you would like to order a shirt, please return this form along with
your $15.00 check made payable to Heights PTO. Address envelope
with child’s name, teacher’s name and For 5th Grade T-Shirt.
