Chest - RAF Push Up
• Start in push up position, hands under
shoulders and arms extended
•Keeping the body straight, bend the arms
till the elbows are bent at 90° to lower the
chest towards the floor
On Hands
•Fully extend the arms to return to the start
•N.B. To perform push ups fists, simply
clench both fists and place knuckles on floor.
Ensure thumbs are on the outside of the
fingers and the wrist is straight
