3. MARBLE MINING

JK Marbles & Minerals was established in 1982
The main business of the company is excavation of marble blocks and by
product for which company have about 20 leases of marble sanctioned and
allotted by the Govt. of Rajasthan. The total area of mining is about 20
Hectares. During last years the company extracted marble blocks and
loads of about 1.2 lakhs metric tonnes
The company is in the process of getting the new mining lease from the
Govt. of Rajasthan and another state Govt. J.K. marbles is one of the
leading marble producers in India and has the ability to mine & extract
about 325,000 metric tones of marble every year.

4. MILK DAIRY FARMING

Apart from Marble mining, the group has also made its mark in milk dairy
farming with the name of “Modern Dairy” in Mumbai. The company
Modern Cream Dairy Industries Private Limited was incorporated in 1992.

Trade Finance – Buyers Credit
It is arranged up to 1 year for Non - Capital Goods / 3 years for Capital Goods Imports.
It is an Import loan availed from International Banks for meeting import obligation on due date.
It is arranged under Letter of Undertaking (LOU) issued by the major Indian Banks.
It is Libor based and the rate does not exceed more than 200 basis points over 6 months LIBOR.
Thus, the importer gets substantial savings in finance costs.
