MINERALS
Calcium- builds strong bones and teethstrengthens body cells – aids in blood clotting –
regulates muscles (heart) maintains normal nerve
function
Phosphorus- strengthens body cells – combines
with calcium to make bones and teeth – helps in the
oxidation of foods.
VITAMINS
Vitamin A- important for vision, growth,
healthy mucous membrane
Vitamin B2- (Riboflavin)- important for
growth and for health of the skin, eyes,
tongue, nerve tissues and digestive tract.
Thiamine/Niacin- maintain normal appetite,
