Day 1 – Welcome - Arrival at Cochin International Airport
Swagatham. Our affable and courteous representative will receive you at the airport and
accompany you to the hotel. There you can relax and de stress from the travel blues.
Experience the hospitality at the hotel and indulge in a world of luxuries at the hotel. If time
permits a visit to spots in and around cochin can be made.

Day 2: Wellness Programs
Our representative will pick you from the hotel and drop you at our medical facility. There you will
be welcomed by our team of medical experts. You will be counseled by our expert for the full body
check up consisting of 50+ diagnostic tests, dental procedure, eye check up and ayurveda
rejuvenation massage. All the medical procedures will be completed on the same day and by
evening you will be dropped at the hotel.

Day 3: Trip to Munnar
Wake up to a whole new day eager to witness the charm of Gods own Country unfold before
you. After Breakfast depart for Munnar- a hill station located amidst lush greenery, kissed by
the clouds with scintillatingly beautiful sceneries enroute the 130 kms trek. The marvelous
waterfalls at Cheeyappara and high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by will leave
you spell bound. The tea gardens at Munnar spread like green carpet over hundreds of
kilometers interspersed with lush green hills and tranquil lakes will lift your spirit and drive
you mad with ecstasy. The Mattupetti Dam, photo point, blossom park and echo point are also
not to be missed. By Night you Check in and relax at hotel awaiting for another magnificent
day.

Day 4: Trip to Thekkady
Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check
into the Resort. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate
etc. You reach the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary – a thick evergreen forest and enjoy a boat cruise on
the Periyar Lake. On either shores you can see herds of elephants with their calf’s roaming
carefree in the forest or occasionally you could spot a wild deer, gaur or lion-tailed macaques. On
way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices.

Day 5: Aleppey
After having breakfast, you proceed to Alappuzha to witness yet another jewel in the tourism
map of India. The panorama of lush green fields, sprawling coconut palms, emerald back
waters and long canals around Alappuzha is sure to leave you spellbound. The major
attraction in Alappuzha also called ‘Venice of the East’ is the journey in houseboat and sunset
cruise. The houseboat on its course of travel through the meandering backwaters of Alappuza
takes you to witness the captivating beauty of the country side adorned with Palm fringed
canals, mirror still lagoons and picture book lakesides dotted with Chinese fishing nets. You
have the option of spending your night in a house boat/ hotel.

Day 6: Kochi:
After having 5 great days of excitement in Gods own Country you wake up to a new day with
effervescing enthusiasm. You head to Kochi where our medical representative will coordinate and help you in completing any medical procedures prescribed during your initial
visit on day 2 to our medical facilities. After sight – seeing in Kochi including destinations like
the famed Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, Jewish Synagogue, Santa Cruz Basilica, and
Bolgatty Palace you will have time to shop for curios. There after you will have a
rejuvenating massage at our centre and dropped at the Hotel. Its time to bid adieu to Gods
own Country and we drop you at Airport for onward journey.
